USER ACCOUNTS FOR TESTING APIS

Hi,
My question has to do with the following info
1. To test your calls, you will need a user account. Citrix offers trial accounts at no cost for 30 days.:-
Do contestants, have to pay for the trial user account, if not please kindly provide instructions as I am failing to register a trial user account. The website is asking for payment- Thanks
