USER ACCOUNT CREATION CITRIX GOTO MEETING
Hi, I've almost finished developing my app but, I am struggling to create the Citrix GoTo Meeting API trial user account. I keep getting the error: We apologize, but an error has occurred while processing your request. Please kindly assist as this is the only missing part for my app. Thanks in advance!

Are you using the promo code provided by the form sign up? I'm alerting Citrix so they can look into this for you.

Hi Bethel - I ran through the process of creating a GotoMeeting account with the promo code and its appears to be working. I have put in a request to the team for some additional info. Quick question: Have you tried to register previously with the same email? Also, can you send us an email with the email you are trying to register developer at citrix dot com
